Description of Work: Maid Brigade was efficient and professional. There was a team of four and they were in and out in 1-1/2 hours. I wouldn't pay this every week or month, but my condo needed cleaning so it was a good deal. They were late by by almost 2 hours which was OK as I was home, but if you say 12-2, you should show up at that time!

Description of Work: I moved out of an house so they did my move out cleaning. There were three ladies and they did a good job. Anything I wasn't happy with the went back and corrected.

Description of Work: Would not use again. They skipped half my "to do" list and had to have them come back to re-do it. Terrible since it was for a move out cleaning. Over priced and under performing.

+ -1 moreI have employed Maid Brigade for three years now to clean my house every other week. They have never missed their assigned cleaning date and have always done a wonderful job. Their arrival time on the date they clean is variable which can be inconvenient at times but they do their best to be consistent. The time it takes to clean is also variable and dependent on the number of people they have available to clean. I pay for their most basic cleaning and it takes four women about 2 hours to clean my house.
Description of Work: I have a 3200 sq foot home (5 bdrms, 4 baths) and they empty wastebaskets, dust (furniture, baseboards, window sills, ceiling fans), vacuum, damp mop, clean toilets, sinks, countertops all with environmentally friendly products. I employ them every other week to clean my house.

+ -1 moreThree cleaners showed up exactly on time and worked non-stop for two hours. They were cheerful and experienced. I still don't know how they removed a stain in the toilet bowl that I had struggled with for over a year. All of their products are green and not harmful to the environment. There were two tiny spots they missed with their vaccuuming, but overall, it was a really good job. And they kept asking me to inspect their work because they guarantee your satisfaction...I just didn't see those spots until the next day when I was steam cleaning the rugs. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend this crew!
Description of Work: "Spring cleaning" of 2-story, 2 bedroom/2 bath townhouse. Dusted everything including ceiling fan blades, base boards, knick-knacks (many of those); vacuumed; mopped kitchen floor; wiped all counters; scrubbed bathrooms and toilets; cleaned oven. Very Thorough.
