Description of Work: My Maytag drier repair charged more than quoted on site after repair was completed. Drier still did not work after 3 days.

+ -1 moreRepairman has a negative attitude and is not customer friendly. He does not speak English well and has a hard time communicating and explaining the problems encountered and proposed repairs. He spent 15 minutes changing the belt on the bottom of the washer and charged $150. He wanted to leave w/o doing a test run of the washer. I asked him to wait while I ran the washer thru a cycle to make sure it was not thumping and vibrating. He did not respond, when asked what his normal hourly rate was. I had to remind him several times to be careful moving the washer in and out of its space, since it was next to a granite countertop.
Description of Work: Company responded quickly to my call. My washer needed repair/adjustment for a balance problem. Belt was changed and washer was leveled and rebalanced.

+ -1 moreHave not had to call him back for additional repairs. His work is very thorough.
Description of Work: Lee did several repairs including install a wall oven, repair a washer/dryer combination for apartment and trouble shoot the wall oven prior to purchase of new. Very accurate and did not charge for trouble shoot when I had him install new wall oven.
