Description of Work: Had them come buy and look at water heater. Heating element burned out and corrosion on relief valve. Didn't use service as I bought a replacement from Sears but they knew their stuff.

He showed a little earlier than the agreed-to time and worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally in analyzing the problem, figuring out the solution, executing the work required and finishing the job in a very reasonable time. Alan was very friendly and courteous and answered all our questions in a clear and concise manner, fully explained what was required, and what he was going to do before starting anything.
Description of Work: Replaced rollers on the sliding glass door and installed a new screen for the door.

Description of Work: Aln is as professional as they come. When he first arrived to perform the estimate he wasn't interested in making a quick buck. he gave me some helpful advise about how to do the work myself and save money. He replaced all the screens in my house, fixed my water heater that wasn't working right, fixed a leak on my kitchen sink and replaced 4 ceiling fans in 2 days.
