Kilauea Pest Control

Never heard from this pest control company even though I sent two quote requests.

Robert Steele inspected the problem and found no live termites; therefore, did not charge for the visit.

I was called back by Kilauea Pest Control in a timely manner and was given a lot of information on how to improve my own efforts in trapping and controlling my rat problem. The lady at Kilauea (I didn't write down her name at the start of the call and forgot to ask at the end) was very helpful and informative. I ended up not getting services from Kilauea Pest Control at the time, but I believe that the information I received from them will help me with my minor rat problem and their great service, information, and professionalism has Kilauea Pest Control high on my list should I feel that I need professional pest control solutions.

They are excellent. They took care of the termites in our kitchen. And in one year they will come back whenever we call them to catch any pests. Their price included a whole year of followup. They were prompt and called me back right away.

Kelii was very professional and explained how he was treating the problem. Although the price seemed high, there is a 1 year warranty if I find other termite infestations.

They were ontime, conducted the service quickly, were very professional and friendly. I believe the cost is competitive with other servicers but I'm not sure as I'm happy with their service I've not checked.

Ashley was wonderful, she answered all of my questions and also gave me helpful information on what to expect for preventative maintenance. My tech Kyle was punctual, polite and very thorough. I am relieved that he will be my regular tech and I wont have to deal with so many different people like other companies. I highly recommend this company, I have neighbors that are receiving pest control and had nothing but great things to say about Kyle and the office staff. Which is why I switched from my other company.

Our tech showed up on time and completed the work in about 15 minutes. She was very though and asked many questions about insects seen and what to do if we found something new. This was our third treatment, and we haven't seen any ants on or in the house since we started with Kilauea in May 2013. They provided fast efficient pet friendly service on my schedule.

The treatment took 15 minutes and has a 3 year guarantee. The Kilauea rep was very professional and the whole experience was easy and quick. I have not seen any termite droppings since.

According to information on Angie's List, this company is insured whereas the others listed were not. Company also has useful website. Called on a Friday, left a message and received a call back that day. Made an appointment and company responded the following Monday. Job site was a condominium. The technician was punctual and knowledgable, answering all of my questions before starting his inspection. After informing him where the droppings were found, he found the nearly invisible termite holes right away. After assessing the number of infestation sites, he gave me a reasonable quote. I agreed and he performed 'spot treatment' on the problem areas. Warranty period is for 3 years. At this writing, I am very satisfied with their service. Note: Dry wood terminte infestation was in kitchen and bathroom cabinet framing. Framing was installed during a 2010 renovation. It is speculated that the termites were already in the plywood used for framing.

Keli'i was the provider's rep. He was absolutely great even before arriving today. He immediately returned my initial email and came out to my location and did an initial survey. He then emailed me several options and price ranges. I would highly recommend Kilauea Pest Control without hesitation. Am looking forward to a long and lasting relationship.

I had a huge ant problem. Took about a month to get under control. They came every two months after that for service. Most of the techs were great, punctual but one I got midstream did not keep his appointments, had to call several times. Now have a good tech, very responsive.

The job was done fantastically, very professional. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Initial sales call with the owner was alright but the contract terms were not explained clearly. The service person came to spray and it's just rescheduling with him directly thereafter after signing the yearly contract. However, the service person is forgetful with scheduled appointments and the work is okay. I feel like I'll always have to watch him and ensure that he didn't miss any particular areas; which he had in the past.

Fred arrived at the appointed time and treated our yard, house exterior, and interior for ant eradication. He thoroughly explained how the product worked, as well as informing us about the timeline involved in killing off the ants currently infesting our home. We contracted for a bi-monthly service and he again explained how that process worked. Now, two weeks later, we are enjoying an ant-free environment for the first time in many years. We had tried every product available commercially without success, so we are ecstatic with the results, especially since we have a rental unit on the premises.

John's treatment was effective and he even gave me a warranty for three years. He was very knowledgeable and responisve. He was also very professional.

From first contact by phone to initial meeting of technician in person, my experience was all positive.

Kelii arrived on time and did a thorough inspection. He walked us through and explained what he saw. He recommended that we tent the house even though his company doesn't do that service. Very professional.

I have to remind them to do a few things every time they come. They are not on time and I will not use them again in the future.

They treated the house for cockroaches. They did really well.

They are very professional, thorough, friendly and prompt. What we like is that they can work with our schedule. We will continue to use them as our pest control company in the future.

They provide what they advertised and the results were immediate. NO ANTS or pest which is what I was wanting.
