+ -1 moreHe arrived at my house a few hours after I called, promptly arriving at the time he had scheduled. Over the phone, he gave me a general estimate and went over what could be expected once he determined the cause. He immediately went to work and removed the broken lock. He showed me the lock part that was no longer working for my understanding. He suggested that he install a knob without a lock since I already had a separate dead bolt on the door and I agreed. In a few minutes he completed the job and cleaned up. He wrote up a detailed receipt and I paid him in cash. As advertised on his profile on Angie's list, he gave me a senior discount which I appreciated.
Description of Work: Removed a broken lock and installed a new knob.

+ -1 moreHe cam promptly did the job then he didnt mind following me to my residence to help me with another door I have NEVER had a better experience with a locksmith.
Description of Work: Just had a lock out at the office called 24hrlocksmith and the guy told me that I would have to wait 45 min for to come and it would cost $155!! for one lock!!! and then he toldme nobody would do it for less than that. I AM SOOOO glad I called Robert at Keyman Hawaii He quoted me $55 for opening my office for me and he was at the seen in 15min. forget the other guys call Keyman.
