+ -1 moreJohn convinced us that the more expensive option would last longer and be more durable. This was the $9875 option. We had him do the work and less than 10 short months later the concrete he used on the lanai he overlaid to repair low spots and improve drainage is turning to sand. After 2 months of hounding him to fix his work, he tells us the warranty has expired. The warranty he gave us on the more expensive option he said was 5 years. Now he won't even honor 1 year. This man is a charlatan. Do not hire him - you will be sorry.
