Unprofessional and low quality

The people were very knowledgeable. They gave us several window choices along with the pros & cons. very helpful with recommendations for my railings and prompt doing the install as promised.

Signed the contract for a bathroom renovation 8/19; shopped for fixtures 9/21; demo 10/18; project finished 12/17. From demo to finish, two months later, we were rarely given a schedule or notice as to when workmen would arrive - or not. We stayed home and waited. Subcontractors - plumbers, tile setter, and electrician were great.

I had hoped to provide comments after the remodel was done. Im impressed with the workers, except one. Im extremely unimpressed with management. Seldom responds to my calls. Even had a major confrontation between workers, where the talented worker left due to treatment of a poor coworker... Afterward I counted 20 screws in poorly patched hole the size of a shoe box in my closet. Worker got mad (tantrum), and no response from management when I attempted to report the incident. I have a photo for anyone who denys the incident, plus names of people who were present. I contracted to remodel 2 small bathrooms. We are into week 9 of the bathroom one (95% done). Hopefully bathroom two is done by summer. I would invite management to visit, but they dont respond. Sad, very sad.

Really appreciate John Lazo for the outstanding work he and his associates did for our home! They are truly the Best of the Best. They were neat clean and knew what they were doing. I would just like to thank HPS specifically Gerry and Lenny for working with and helping me along the way with my kitchen and bathroom home renovation! I really didn’t know much about the process and found them on Home Advisor and Gerry contacted me the next day! They worked with me on pricing, sharing their expertise on the best material/brands to buy and this project wouldn’t have been possible without them! I would also like to thank the two main workers who performed most of the work Dean and Eddie they were awesome and did an AMAZING job with everything! While it was such a crazy time and I had a lot going on to do something like this I was speechless with the final product! It turned out much nicer than I ever would’ve thought and I couldn’t be happy with the end result! I would definitely recommend this company to work with because they offer favorable pricing, are responsive when things come up I always could call Lenny with questions I had about anything and during this process many things come up but they definitely help to smooth out the process! I also felt like Eddie and Dean did excellent work, were very kind and respectful to not only myself but my entire family!

I should have hired the company earlier to do my kitchen. These guys are good!

All staff members we met were friendly, courteous, easy to work with. The primary work man kept the job site clean (put paper down on floor, covered section of bathroom not worked on), stored tools and materials each day and was careful about noise and intrusion on neighbors. I was especially impressed with the overall politeness and care shown by each staff member. The final job was beautifully done with great attention to detail.

We have done several renovation projects in our house and they are the best most professional group we have had come and do work!

It was excellent! His workers were amazing and we got a great deal! I highly recommend them!

They were very easy to get a hold of, fast, efficient, and it was a good experience.
