He is a very thorough, kind, proactive and knowledgeable person. It is hard to find realtors who don?t run on ?Island Time.? During our home buying process, I was worried he wasn't getting enough time with his family because he was so quick to answer emails and problem solve issues. Besides his strong work ethic, it is pretty incredible he shares half of his commission with you. You can the rebate subtracted in your closing costs. *We got almost $5,000 back!* It was a blessing having to come up with less cash since we had an expensive move from California. I am very critical of realtors since I have worked in the commercial real estate industry for almost 9 years and own 4 properties. I have to give a lot of praise to Darcy for his professionalism and passion for superior customer service.
Description of Work: Darcy Thiele from Hoku Real Estate was instrumental in closing our deal in a highly desired complex. We unfortunately were buying our townhouse when the market was hot and there was a lot of competition with other buyers. Darcy held our hand during the bidding wars and was able get the townhouse at the top of our list under market value.
