Description of Work: Kate started showing me some possible properties some time ago and then helped us with an offer on a property that we knew was coming on the market, but those didn't work out. When Steve and I agreed upon a new project with new homes being built; I felt, as a buyer, that we needed representation; especially as we were working with a sophisticated developer with a lot more clout & resources than an individual seller would have had and that put us at a disadvantage. I liked the way Kate walked us through the contract, helped us understand our rights within the contract, and helped oversee the paperwork to secure the deal that works best for us. And I like that that Kate's a technology leader in her field. "
