 + -1 moreMy laptop crashed. I was told by another computer technician that it was unsalvageable and I needed to purchase a new laptop. Matt removed all the viruses from my laptop and it is now good as new. He did this quickly and at a very reasonable price. He even called me to check that everything was working properly. Matt was very responsive and explained everything thoroughly. I then had a problem getting my wireless service back. I called Matt for a suggestion as to how to proceed and he volunteered to help me fix that as well. I can't remember the last time I have received such outstanding customer service. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and is a valuable resource. I would not hesitate to recommend Hawaii PC for all of you computer repairs.
Description of Work: Restored my laptop after it crashed.

He has been doing all of my friends computer repair for over 10 years. I should have gone to him many years ago! Thanks again Matthew!
Description of Work: HawaiiPC is in Hawaii Kai close to my home. Matthew was very knowledgeable and FAST! He fixed my computer in 1 day and was able to recommend how to prevent problems in the future. I had many virus infections and he was able to SAVE ALL MY FILES and fix my computer like NEW!
