Handyman at Your Service

I called him one day and he came the next - working me in between other jobs as I was on a deadline for work for the condo association and needed his help quickly. He had told me on the phone his rates and minimums before he came. Of course, I did not know how long the job would take at that point, but he was very upfront about his requirements which I appreciated. He arrived on time and when he came in and took a look at the job, he went back to the truck to get the appropriate tools. He set right to work and completed it very quickly. He carried the old hardware down to my garbage site for me. He told me to let him know whenever I had future needs and gave me cards to share if friends needed help too. I will use him again.

David did great work. He was ontime and jumped right into the project. He had all the tools, etc in his truck other than the window frame which could not have been anticipated. He was very friendly and explained everything clearly and without being condescending. He was motivated to find the solution without extra charges. For example, I thought the sliding door needed new rollers, but he fixed it with just lubricant saving me money. He even came back for no charge a week later to replace a faulty bulb. His prices were very fair and I would definitely use him again for handyman work and bigger projects.
