He was honest and knowledgeable about a repair that should be referred to a contractor. He was confident that he could do the job well.

Description of Work: We have a condo where the shower drain started to leak. The plumbers fixed the leak but left a hole in the ceiling of the shower in the condo below us.I contacted these people and explained situation then gave the contact info to the residents of the other condo.they arranged a time, the Handyman service was reported as being prompt. After examining the situation proposed installing access panel instead of replacing drywall.the people agreed and were happy with the results. This saved us money so he came in well below estimate to just replace drywall.
