Description of Work: The plumber came the same day we called. Nice guy, worked fast...snaked our clogged drain and replaced a part that broke during the job. Very reasonable cost - we'll definitely call them again when/if needed.

 + 0 moreOutstanding service. Responded ahead of scheduled time. Matt efficiently and effectively cleared a bathroom drain. He was polite, fast, and did the job, ahead of time, for the quoted price. We tried to clear the problem ourselves and simply couldn't. Matt got the job done! I learned about Fast Rooter Plumbing from a friend who frequently uses their service. Highly recommended.

 + -1 moreIt went well ... plumber called from Nanakuli that he'd be about an hour, finishing job ... showed up in a hour, assessed the problem ...went to his van, got a foam cup (lol) ... scooped out all the water around the valve ... did his thing with his tools .. wiped it up ... watched it for a few minutes ... explained that a nut or something was loose ... also said eventually I'd have to replace the valve, it's over 30yrs old and the valve top was broken but half remained so you could still turn the water off ... he was done in like 30 minutes and accepted CC.
Description of Work: had leaking water valve in front yard near BoWS box ... leaking from yard across sidewalk to street slow but steady ... the guy cleaned out water from ground unit , resolved the leak, explained what he did, cleaned up the area, billed me and left

 + 0 moreDuring my move, one of the professional movers used my toilet and clogged it, causing it to overflow and a huge mess...I called Fast Rooter on recommendation of my building manager. Whoever answered the phone immediately started quoting prices ($90 - $240)...I told him it didn't matter the cost because the moving company was paying for it. He asked what I meant and I told him what happened, and that I spoke to the Operations Manager at the moving company and they are paying for the plumber. He said he wouldn't do 3rd party billing so I hung up and called Plumbing Pete...he came, fixed it, billed the company - and was cheaper than this dude was quoting. Will never call them again for anything. Bad service...

 + 0 moreTheir service is very good, and through out the years I've been very happy. I've been using them for years and years. I've recently done some price comparisons, and they always come in lower, if not the same. I've also never had to have anything redone. I've been very pleased. I definitely will continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: I recently used Fast Rooter Plumbing . They replaced a hose on my washer and dryer. A few weeks prior to that they replaced a sewer line.

Description of Work: I needed a bathtub drain cleaned out and lavatory faucet repair, but the company never answered my phone message. They list different phone numbers for different areas of Oahu, but every number connects to the same voicemail system. I ended up using a different company.

Description of Work: We had a small leak in a wash room sink. We called it in on a Friday morning and the technician come to the house in the late afternoon of the same day. He replaced a washer in the stem which stopped the leak from the base of the faucet. We paid only the minimum one hour response fee of $90. Later we noticed that the leak continued but was now from the faucet outlet. We called the company the following morning to explain the continuing problem. Within 2 hours, the company manager came to our house and replaced components in the faucet nobs. This stopped the drip. He said these replacement parts normally cost $22, but he did not charge us any additional fee beyond the original $90 service fee.
