Dish Network

A woman technician came out to get our television hooked up. She worked for 8 hours. She was fantastic and she wouldn't leave 'til it was right. The installation is free and you have to sign up for the monthly amount. She went way beyond what you'd expect. Their price is the same as anybody else.

.They did not provide a good service. They were more expensive than they said. You have more functionality with Direct TV. I will be leaving Dish and reverting back to Direct TV. I last used them in February. I paid a monthly fee before I cancelled. It was just for straight TV. It was a horrible experience. They lied about the pricing. After I had it for a year, I switched back to Direct TV. It was difficult to find any information in their guides about what was on the TV. I was not happy with their service or their hidden charges. I will not use them again. They were the worst company to do business with.

I am satisfied with their service, and I'll keep using Dish in the future.

So far, we have had no problems at all. They came out and installed it for us. It has gone out once during a very bad storm, but other than that, it has been perfect. They have been exceptional.

When we moved here, we were using Direct TV and they refused us the discount they were giving everyone else so we switched to Dish Network. So far our experience with them has been very good. I will continue my service through Dish Network.
