+ -1 moreI was satisfied with them but don't remember too much about them. They did a good job. The price was just okay and the person was okay too. They were able to solve the problem.

+ -1 moreI got the programming on my sprinklers messed up. I thought the controller was broken. I had downloaded the factory operation book from the Internet and followed the steps exactly. It did not work. I called Diamond Head to buy a new system and have them install it. "Old Bob" told me the factory instructions are wrong. He told me how to set the times for the controller. It worked. There was nothing wrong with it. That is service. He could have sold me a new unit and sold me a service call. Rather, he passed on the opportunity and passed on money to do something nice for someone instead. Yes, I recommend a company that is willing to provide service regardless. If I had a problem with the srpinklers in the future, I would call Diamond Head!
