We had more issues with one of our desktop computers. Cameron and Chris did a great job of getting it to run again. They advised us that it was living on borrowed time and suggested getting a replacement soon. They were extra helpful in letting us know what brands/makes of computers were always in their shop for repairs. (Sort of a "what to watch out for" service.) We've used them 5-6 times and have been very pleased each time.

After I took in each computer they do a VERY thorough diagnosis of all hardware components and the software to see why the machine isn't working well. Both of our machines were not functioning at all when we took them in. I was on my way to purchase new ones each time, but thought I should try to see if Cyberlife PC could fix it and help me get my data off. (My back up procedures need improvement!)
Both times they returned my computer in great shape and minus all the viruses, malware, etc. that were making it run slow or glitch or malfunction. Very important right now since I don't want to get a machine with Windows 8 yet.
Based on their great performance and honesty, we've referred a number of people.
We'll also be dropping off one of our employee's computers soon.
My only complaint is that you have to drive around a bit to find street parking if the spaces directly in front of the building are taken.
