Description of Work: They did work through contract with Home Depot for our bathroom renovation. Did not use drop cloth when working and did not clean afterwards. Broke drain during install which caused leak that had to be replaced.

 + -1 moreIt was a lot cheaper because they let us purchase the toilet and they just did the installation. We've been their customer for years and they've been excellent. They come at the schedule they promise and treat us with respect. They clean up after themselves and do the job right the first time so we no longer have to do repairs.

The technician started on the first house's line and used the camera to trace the line, find a rock in the line, and continued inspecting out the the street sewer connection, He also located an additional cleanout that was not found by the first plumbing contractor. He then worked on the second house, located another hidden cleanout after having to remove a toilet to snake down the line, and determined that the condition of that line was good. He did an excellent job of removing and replacing the toilet with no evidence of removal after he was finished. The DVD of the project was well documented and showed the entire survey.
Description of Work: Sanitary sewer piping had a history of stoppage, and camera inspection by another plumbing company thought they detected pipe deterioration requiring replacement. We had Commercial Plumbing do a more thorough camera inspection for the entire property. The technician spent the entire day on the two lines on the property, located the cause of the blockage, and determined that the piping was not deteriorated as previously thought. They prepared a DVD of the inspection and sent a follow-up proposal to remove the cause of the blockage and perform a cleaning of the lines.

 + -1 moreExcellent, the plumber was professional, curteous, efficient and clean. He had the invoice ready and gave us helpful hints to maintain our plumbing. On time and fast.
Description of Work: For the life of me i cannot remember the plumbers name, but he came on time and was very efficient and professional. We had three new faucets to install and he not only suggested putting in the faucets, but suggested that we change the pipes to pvc since they were original from the 60's. He also removed the hair from our shower drain and told me how to do it the next time. Of all the experiences I have had with plumbers, this guy was fast and clean. He was out within 3 hours and did a bag up job. Since this property is a rental, I will have them on my renters list of services to use. They are not the cheapest, but for the ease and professionalism, you get what you pay for. Without a doubt, the best plumbing company I ever hired. We have a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that had original faucets. I love the faucets now and I know the next renters will love them too.
