+ -1 moreI would like to commend Coldewell Bankers for employing Mr. Carl Higgins. He is an exceptional realtor. He did a great job of helping us prepare our house to sell, showing our house, finding the right buyer and helping us find a new home to move into. Mr. Higgins has a very calm demeanor that is very helpful during the very stressful experience of selling a house. He helped us negotiate great terms on the sale of our house, allowing us to lease back our house until moving into our new home. Best thing, he didn't forget about us after we moved. He ket checking in to make sure everything was working well in the new house and when we had issues, he addressed them imdeiately. He also has a wealth of knowledge of other proffessionals you will need while selling your house. He helped us find an excellent house cleaner, carpet cleaner, and an excellent loan company. I can't say enough about Carl. I would recommend him to all my friends!
