Description of Work: We made four offers to purchase properties from Phillip McCafferay, an agent at the Kahala Office of Coldwell Banker. Each time our offers were used to escalate other offers, however we never received a counter-offer (although other offers did) even though our offer was received first and was full price, all cash, no contingencies. Don't waste your time!
