There was bad traffic and they routed another crew to do the job. They even gave me a discount because they were late! Very good service, very professional, and great customer service!

They were able to fit me in. I called them on Monday and they come out on Thursday. They quoted the price on Monday and it was exactly that when they were done, even with all the spots! They called the day before to confirm and again when they were about 30 minutes from arrival. Justin and Lionel were quick and were a great team. Justin even got on his hands and knees to scrap off some wax on the carpet and Lionel hit it again with the steam cleaner. I will use them again!
