Clean Break Housecleaning

Description of Work: Fanny cleaned my entire 2 bdrm, 1 1/2 bath home with garage and yard in less than 4 hours. She did a very good job but did miss a couple of things. I need to remember to provide her with a list of what I specifically needs to complete that are out of the normal scope of housecleaning. For example, I have a lift that will take me upstairs since I am not able to walk without assistance. The track of the lift can get very dirty during regular usage. It is not something any regular cleaner would notice but it makes the ride very bumpy and noisy. I just have to add this cleaning to a list and it gets done. Over and beyond the scope of normal duties, Fanny will also sweep up the leaves in my little yard, 30' X 18' as well as sweeping and dusting the outdoor furniture and lanai floor. Sometimes the trade winds blow the exterior leaves into my garage. While Fanny is finishing the laundry in the garage she will sweep up all the leaves there, too! Fanny calls me each time she is scheduled to clean my home, checking if there is anything

Description of Work: Home was vacuumed, dusted, all floors washed, bathroom cleaned, bed stripped and sheets washed and bed remade, fingerprints cleaned off of windows all in a timely manner. Great job!
