Chao Handyman

Couple weeks ago Chao did a closet installation for us. In my initial call he said â no problem..â - I liked him already! He was punctual., professional, patient (even when we kept changing our minds). He completed the job in a timely and affordable manner. Always had a clean appearance, skilled, listened well and offered sound advice. Well mannered and easy to work with.

Chao is a highly skilled handy man who listens well, gets to work, and leaves the work site in great shape. Our home projects have been completed in a timely fashion and the work is so well done that we are looking around for additional projects for him to do. We could not be more delighted with his work. He replaced an air conditioning unit which required construction and came back to replace 5 stains in a tall stairway. The workmanship is outstanding leaving us feeling that craftsmanship and safety has been greatly improved.

Chao was punctual and reliable. At each step of the project, when he came across a new area of concern, he would call my attention to it. He would give me his recommendations, and would proceed with my consent, thus keeping me apprised of any additional costs.

Chao was excellent. Punctual, hardworking, friendly, but most appreciated quality of all was that he got on with the job without any delay. He charged the estimate price, which was awesome. I'm using him again for a sliding door repair in four days' time! So that speaks volumes.

Chao responded very quickly and came over to review the job the next day. Did an excellent job and will definitely use him in the future for other home improvement jobs.

Chao was on time and courteous. Very diligent and conscientious. Also worked hard on faucet repair and was candid about his ability to completely fix since I ultimately will need 2 new faucet setups.
