He happily answered all my questions, explained precisely what he was doing and did a perfect job in running a bypass which would give us water immediately AND could fit right into the filter when he installs that later in the week. We scheduled a return visit for Friday. From now on Harland Brown at Big Tuna Plumbing is our plumber!
Description of Work: I had a whole house water filter installed by a handynan who claimed he was proficient. I fired him when ALL joints were leaking. I called Harland at Big Tuna to see if he could come over and run a bypass so that we had water until we could schedule time for him to install the filter.

Description of Work: Located an underground hot water leak within the home in a timely, efficient and professional manner. This job extended over a 2-day period making repairs and thoroughly cleaning up after work was complete. Harland, the owner, is very personable and knowledgeable plumber and we will definitely return to him for any future plumbing needs.
