Description of Work: I bought an iMac desktop computer from them and signed up for one-on-one training. each trainer - more than 10 - were extremely knowledgeable and kind (that word is associated with my being a 75 year old man with limited "techie" knowledge and the associate spoke to me in a language I understood and did not roll his eyes at any of the questions I had). they were all very professional and addressed YOUR concerns and questions. absolutely outstanding.
