Very professional in every way. They know their business and offer great products. My only problem was their price quote. Their quote of $4000 plus dollars was more that double that of two other vendors for the exact same job.

Excellent Service! Arrived on time, they allowed me to vacuum the floors after the old carpet and padding was removed (I highly recommend you do this, there was a ton of dirt/dust). They were very clean and did not scratch the walls! Although the price is quite a bit higher then Lowe's/Home Depot, its so worth it because the customer service is fantastic and our carpet was in stock! I had an issue with the transition pieces; I texted a photo to the carpet salesman and within hours they had a man out to fix the problem!! That would not have happened with Home Depot/Lowe's.

Installers were in my condo for several days they arrived on time and cleaned up when they left. Out of all the installers I had that were in my renovation they were by far the most professional. The price was higher than some but 2 years later they came to repair my floor went my dogs. Sometimes it's hard to find someone to do that. Great service. I sold this unit 4 years later without doing anything else to the floor.
