+ -1 moreThey were very busy but were responsive to my call and called back later with an earlier appointment after a cancelation. The AC specialist was professional and inspected the air conditioner that was not sending out cool air. He went onto the roof and inspected the unit and told me what he found. He repaired the problem after I agreed to the repair and price. He was very quick and professional and showed me that the unit was now In working order. Even though the compressor is old he said to keep using it until it fails. I appreciated his honesty and not trying to sell me a newer model un-necessarily. Note, new customers must pay at the time of repair (checks are accepted) after that, you can be billed for service. A complete invoice was presented to me detailing the problem and repair. They did a great job and I will call them again when I need a new system.
Description of Work: The AC specialist came to the house and inspected the compressor, told me what was wrong with the unit and fixed the problem.
