Description of Work: We recently had our mattress destroyed in our move from the mainland and we were looking for an expert to purchase a new one. We wanted a mattress that would last longer than typical 10-year warranty, did not have to be flipped and had the extra cushion and gel cooling. We had already visited a few department stores over the past few weeks as well as explored what Sam's Club had to offer. Before making our purchase, we decided to go to a "mattress" store and see what they had to offer, especially considering there was a Kapiolani mattress store closer to our home. Chris was there to greet us once we walked into the store and patiently answered our questions, provided options within our budget and clarified the process once we bought a mattress. He not only was exceptional in handling our purchase but made sure the delivery service went well too - which was important to us.
