The actual repair, as well as his professionalism, was excellent. I only had a problem with the fact that there were some incidental over-spray on the side of our new washer and dryer that was probably not readily noticed because it was white (same as the units).

I'm selling my house and I needed my ceiling and walls repaired. Mr. Aguda came within a week and his work was absolutely outstanding. He repaired and painted in one day. The work itself wasn't the most impressive part of the job. The fact that he did the whole job in one day BY HIMSELF. No assistants or any help. If you're in need of drywall repair, make Mr Mr. Aguda your first call. I promise you will not be disappointed. I wish I could post pics of the job he did because I'm telling you, it was that impressive.

Pat Aguda is the only employee at Aguda Builders. He did an excellent job with the drywall installation and painting. However, he had to remove the wall mounted toilet and it leaked upon remounting. I wound up paying for a new wax ring although it had just been replaced the week before by Roto-Rooter (who did an excellent job). I did not request a contract nor a receipt and Mr. Aguda provided neither. I did pay by check. Mr. Aguda worked hard all day but left a mess. Next time I ll look elsewhere.

Mr. Auuda is very professional and did a great job hanging 9 interior doors in my home. He removd yhe old doors which had termite damage and hung the new doors. It took him only 1 and a half days to finish the job and he diposrd of the old doors as well. i am very pleased with the work Mr. Aguda did for me.

Pat did an excellent job to fix some home problems that were fairly complex and difficult. For one example, he fix some broken tiles on my roof. I had previously called several roofing companies and the job was too small for them and they would not recommend any way for me to solve the problem or whom to go to. Pat fixed a variety of problems around the house.

Prompt, courteous, excellent work at a reasonable price. Pat replaced a section of water logged drywall in bathroom. Detected water leak was from defective toilet wax ring. He also took care of the problem and I did not need to hire a plumber.

He did a good job hanging the door. But, as far as mechanical-electric door locks, he needs help.
