For the most part, the service technicians who did the pest control work were good, prompt and efficient. I did have some problems with administration of the work, as on occasion, the technicians idea of what they were supposed to do did not match up with my notion of what they were hired to do as described by office personnel. Even now there remains some confusion as to whether or not follow-up work is to take place and is it is scheduled. Otherwise, the work done by this company was successful. I cannot endorse them 100% because I am uncertain what will happen next and if the successful work will remain so.

A few days after having my home tented and treated for termites, I found a couple of live termites in the kitchen sink. Able Pest sent a technician to make an inspection, and spot treat the area. The workers were knowledgeable, and quite efficient. I would recommend this company.

Tadd is very knowledgeable about the life cycle of Bee, and how to move them safely.

He arrived at the end of the 2 hour time estimate. Rat traps were placed in the bathroom, kitchen & outside & said he'd be back in a few days. A rat was caught right away in the kitchen but it broke free from the sticky trap. The traps in the bathroom have not caught anything yet.

He arrived early, came in and gave an assessment. Told me what my option was. Was courtesy and very professional. Sprayed and told me what to do. I will know how well it worked in a few days. Thanks APM!
