I have a rental apartment that somehow became completely infested with roaches, especially in the kitchen area. And this even though the tenant kept it very clean. I had put out sticky traps and caught hundreds in each trap, but still they came! The Able Pest Mgmt representative sprayed the entire apartment thoroughly, put some kind of paste on the drawer sliders and cabinet door hinges, and as of now, only 3 days later, there is almost no sign of active roaches. This service also allows me to request a re-visit at no cost within 30 days, I think, to follow up, which I will do in a couple of weeks. I am very impressed by their service.

So far no complaints, it has only been 5 days since the treatment, but no signs of the ants that have been a constant presence over the past weeks.

I appreciate that the person who first took my call did everything possible to accommodate my need to have service completed that same day. However, the technician arrived earlier than expected and when he started, he seemed to rush through the job. He spent 15 minutes on the exterior and about the same time on the inside. I left the house so he could do his job and when I returned 20 minutes later, he was gone and on the freeway on his way to the next job. Therefore, he was not able to get my garage since I could not open the door for him. Overall, the technician was polite and very fast, and I can only hope effective. What I liked was the fact that they did everything possible to accommodate me that day and that their product is environmentally friendly; therefore, safe for pets and children.
