Robert and his team showed up on time and completed all the work in a truly professional manner. The prices he charged were very reasonable. I would gladly use his services again for any future drywall or insullation projects in our home.

Terrible customer service! I'm Still amazed at Roberts unprofessionalism. He responded right away to my Angies list inquiry on a Saturday. He came the next morning, Sunday, to look at property and provide estimate. Robert even called Sunday evening to confirm the job to make sure he ordered the appropriate product. We agreed on a price and a start date which was Monday at 8:00 a.m. Well, to keep it short, Robert and his skim coat guy, Cisco, never showed. We called a couple times and left voice mail and text message. Robert never answered or returned call. My brother called from his phone with different area code and "Voila" Robert answered. We knew he would as he was purposely avoiding my phone number. Robert gave us some lame excuse as to why he didn't show up to do the job. He blamed the skim coat guy, Cisco, that he didn't want to do the job and didn't have the material. We are very understanding people and Robert could of CALLED to let us know but instead just blew off the job and us. His lack of consideration of other peoples time was very inconsiderate. His reputation on the island will suffer if he continues to do business in this manner. The Aloha spirit is not alive and well in Roberts character or work ethic as a businessman. If you want the job done......DO NOT RELY ON ROBERT TO DO IT.

This relatively small job was a bit unusual, but Bob Wong and his drywall finisher did on-time, quality work at an excellent price. Highly recommended.
