Our salesman was excellent, pointed out the pro's and con's of each tile we asked about, including his experience with the ones he knew about. Very low-key, and we like that very much. As they didn't have enough tile to fill our order, he offered several options for working thru that situation. He had the tiles ready on Monday and delivered them to our home as scheduled. We are a gay couple and he was totally cool with that as our salesman; it's more often than not that we are treated the same as everybody else. However, as we worked with a lot of people, mostly white collar types, we didn't notice any issues. Our neighbors have treated us the same as anybody else; perfect. Thanks, Mark

After we picked out the tile and shower door and fitures, Mr. West took care of all the arrangements. We do not live in this house full time, we have complete trust in Jon West. We gave him the code to our lock box and he took care of everything. He also tiled all of the floors in the house for us about a year ago. So this was our second experience using his services. We are very happy with his professionalism, the quality of his work and the price. I would higly recomend him to anyone.

Jon West did a superb job installing porcelain tile in the living/dining area of our home at Mauna Lani. The project involved aligning the new tiles with pre-existing tiles in the kitchen area. Although the old and new tiles were made by the same manufacturer, the size had changed slightly, so Jon had to adjust the spacing to make everything line up seamlessly. He and his crew constantly checked the newly laid tiles with a level to make sure that the finished floor was perfectly even. He also did an excellent job with finish details like grouting and caulking. From start to finish, Jon's meticulous attention to quality and excellent communication with us will make him our first choice for work we may need in the future.
