Description of Work: The project is almost complete. Frank is not a general contractor, but found an excellent one. The house required a complete remodel of plumbing, electricity, new kitchen and baths, and interior paint. Frank redid all of the old pipes, is installing gas lines and on demand water heater, as well as hooking up the appliances. He provides good advise, and tries to do the work as economically as possible. Frank is my plumber now, I would not go to anyone else if I needed services. |

I needed a plumbing contractor to do a job near Hilo Called Frank Bonafeceo at USA PLUMBING He gave me an "Estimate" only for almost $2000 I made a big mistake (Guy looked trustworthy. NOT) I gave him $1000 deposit cash (Big Mistake) I needed to postpone construction for a while. Got two more Estimates one for $650 and one for $680 Called USA PLUMBING asked for MY $1000 "Deposit" back. Frank (Owner) said NO with a bunch of BS excuses. Hired a process server and Went to court It was clearly stated on "The Estimate" and the judge Clearly did not listen to my testimony. Franke LIED STRAIGHT TO THE JUDGE AND SAID I NEVER GAVE HIM THE MONEY. True Story... so I am here to warn the residents of The Big Island NOT to do Business with USA PLUMBING (Big Blue Truck Billboard) He is a Liar, and a Cheat. Also come to find out that he did some work for some friends in the past and he Jacked and Jacked the price after the Original Estimate. More BS excuses.If Frank had been Honest NONE of these words would be necessary. DO NOT do Business with this LIAR and CHEAT. + -1 moreFrom the first day he appeared on the project he was rude and abusive to his help. Many of the other subs on-site wanted to hang this guy by his pipe wrench. We felt so sorry for his help. His quality is poor. We felt intimidated every time they showed up to work. What a miserable person. At all costs avoid this plumber!!!
Description of Work: We have never met or hired such a dishonest and unprofessional plumber ever. All kinds of hidden costs and did not do what the contract stated.
