The price was unreasonable in relation to the service provided. I estimate that it was at least five times what any other plumber would have charged and been happy.

((see above)) I wouldn't recommend this guy if he was the only plumber left on the island!!
Description of Work: I initially called and left a message with a woman answering the phone.... I fully explained the work I wanted done - replace and repair my kitchen sink, faucet, insinkerator, and the plumbing below. She said Wally Tamashiro (owner) would be calling me back shortly and took my information. I waited 1.5 hours.... no call... called Tamashiro Plumbing.... "oh, he's on a job right now and said he'd call you right back in a few minutes." I waited another hour-plus.... no call... called Tamashiro Plumbing.... "he hasn't called you back? No... does he really want my business?" I was told that she would call him right away and get him to call me.... nothing!!!
