Description of Work: Eleot Kaipo the owner was wonderful! I had been working with another plumber who I'd spoken with on 3 separate occasions. He told he he would do the job foe 900.00 labor plus materials. The plumber sent someone else our to look at the job and then wanted 1350.00 but agreed to do the job for 1,100.00 after he reviewed the quote he had originally given me. Then that plumber kept saying he would have his guys come out tomorrow. After 3 days of tomorrow's I was given Eleot's number. Eleot came out the same day and said that the job was more like a 1,400.00 job, but because of all I had gone through with the other plumber, he agreed to charge the 1,100.00 for labor plus material. The next day he and his crew showed up and. Installed propane to the house as it was all electric. Then they installed the propane on-demand hot water heater, and plumbed the stove and dryer for propane as well. The plumbing had to be routed through the attic which was about 100 degrees, with no breeze.
