carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreOverall, I am very pleased with the results. Had some Oriental rugs on top of a carpet and the dye from the rugs transferred to the carpet. I had scrubbed the stains myself, which had left many brown patches over the carpet. Happy to say that the brown is now gone. Technician called me back within a day to schedule an appointment and he was courteous, pleasant, and worked hard. I liked that he called me back later in the afternoon to check on the job, but I did lower marks for professionalism. He showed up in sloppy street clothes and a white van with no Kleen Master logo so it made me feel a little uneasy at first.
Description of Work: Spot treated and cleaned a combined living/dining area carpet.
