Agent cold called my home; acted unprofessionally; so I asked for his phone number. After a pause and asking why I wanted it, I said so I could call him back to see if he was legitimate. He gave me an inaccurate number, although I didn't know that at the time. I asked for his bosses name an number. After waffling, he gave me the main office number and the broker's first name. I disconnected and hit talk again to dial his number but instead ended up listening to a conversation he was having with another agent or a secretary. The first word I heard was "B****." Then, because this is in the middle of a conversation, because they're laughing so hard, he keeps repeating b**** and is apparently appalled that I had the gall to ask him to verify himself. If this is island professionalism, heaven deliver us from real incompetence. The broker, when I spoke with her, was totally unresponsive, repeatedly talked over any attempt to explain what had happened. When I finally got through to her her only opinion was "I'm sorry you feel that way." Believe me, this situation has nothing to do with FEELINGS. This is about hardcore abuse and unprofessional. These are facts not feelings.
