Description of Work: Th first time they came out at the end of the year they were great. That gentleman who serviced our account has since retired. The next time they came out I,wasn't home. The young man received money from my mother. He put a few traps down that I could buy at the drug store and never came back or called. I called there office to see what could be done. I spoke to a nice woman at length, she said she would call me back, but never did. Not one vermin nor the roaches were exterminated. On a tropical island you have to keep,up,with these things. I am feeling very frustrated towards this company. I would welcome them back if they could do a good job. Thank you.

+ -1 moreWe haven't had our house done yet because we are on vacation but up to this point they've been excellent. I also went by their office to pick up the special bags that we needed and they were helpful. He explained to us things that we didn't know like the life cycle of the termites and what was really happening. We thought that they were coming in through the window and he said they were completing their life cycle in the cabinet actually. We went with them because they were well recommended by other people.
Description of Work: Hilo Termite & Pest Control came out, checked the house and gave us information about the termites-what was happening and then we got an estimate later.
