I have a very old Meilink safe that belonged to my parents. I had the combination, but could not get the safe to open. I called this locksmith to request help, but all my calls went straight to voicemail. I left messages, but no one ever returned my calls. I finally did some research on the internet about Meilink safes and found several how-to explanations of how to open them, so ended up solving my own problem. I will not be calling this business for help in the future.

Based on the previous positive report on Angies List by the person whose keys were locked inside their car, I went to Haraga Locksmith Service on the morning of November 21, 2010. I spoke with Mr Haraga, explaining that I needed to have all 4 exterior doors of my home rekeyed. We scheduled the job for the next morning. Mr Haraga was on-time, and completed the work in less than an hour. I requested and received 6 new keys. All 6 keys worked perfectly. He also lubricated the hinges on all 4 doors. The cost of his service was very reasonable, especially since my home is more than 30 miles from his business location. While at my home, Mr Haraga also advised me on 2 ways to enhance my home's security. He knows his business, and I will definitely call him again when I need locksmith or security system service. I highly recommend his service.

Saturday night, I took my teenage daughter and her friends to the theater for a Halloween showing of the Rocky Horror Picture Show. We parked right in front of the Palace Theater to watch all the people dressed in costume and wait for the 9 o'clock program to start. At 8:20 I locked up the car and we joined the crowd in line, Then I realized the keys were sitting on the front seat - of the locked vehicle! I called Haraga Locksmith (808-935-5099) because it was late and they advertise 24-hour service. I explained my location and he said he would be there in about 20 minutes. He arrived very quickly and found parking on a street crowded with costumed theater goers. He was friendly, cautious, and professional - reassuring me and the girls we would not be late for the show. Anyone who has ever been to a Rocky Horror Picture Show on Halloween knows what a colorful, crazy crowd the movie draws; however, even with all the chaos on the street in front of the theater, Haraga had quickly and gently retrieved my keys. My group entered the theater with plenty of time to buy popcorn and find seats! This was not the first time I have locked keys in the car and it probably will not be the last. Considering that Haraga came to my rescue within minutes and considering the late night hour, I think the price was reasonable. I have used other locksmith services that were around the same price. He accepted a credit card for payment when other locksmiths I have used in the past did not. I would defiantly recommend Haraga Locksmith!
