+ -1 moreJake performed the inspection and I was very pleased with his professionalism, experience, and honesty. His inspection and reports were very detailed and useful to me and my wife as novice home buyers. He showed us everything to be worried about; including items about the structure, electrical, plumbing, and more. I will definitely use Jake again and would recommend him to others. What I am grateful the most about was his unbiased opinion because I was initially worried about an inspector trying to gloss over real issues.

+ -1 moreJake inspected the house from top to bottom. Inside and out. Up in the attic and down in the crawl space. Electrical, plumbing, appliances, roofing...everything structural. Then he walked us through and explained everything we needed to know about the house before we decide to buy it. He also took the time to suggest and explain what will be necessary to upkeep the house. My husband and I now know more about this house than the house we have lived in for the past 10 years. By 9:00 the next morning, we received his highly detailed report online.
