+ -1 moreThis was a gift from my sister who thought we needed colors on our walls. So I assumed that it was paid for, but at the end of our experience Adrienne announced that our invoice would be $350. I didn't want to embarras my sister or cause a problem between them as she uses and likes Adriennes services. She said that she charges by the hour, which was not stated at the beginning of our visit with her, and I thought that was not professional. She only spent a couple hours at the house at most, so the rate seems exhorbitant. Even lawyers here in small town Hawaii get around $150/hr! The colors she selected were good and only one area was terrific. We used a color consultant on the mainland and he did a fantastic job, so Adrienne was a disappointment in comparison.

+ -1 moreOverall it started out strong, promt with returning calls, and on time in person. It ended weakly with no promised follow up report. In hind sight Adrienne my have benefited from very close direction, keep her on topic and focused.
Description of Work: Adrienne met me at the house for what I presumed would be an hour of design consultation. It took two hours, this could have been done in an hour if the focus had not wandered off so often. She shared family history etc, which if fine if it could have been done while working on the project. I was promised an email synopsis with the identifying information for the selected coulours, and a description of the design plan. She said she would send sketches as well. A week later and I have had no communication from her.
