They are not professional cleaners, putting out bids and picking and choosing jobs. If you need the job done I would not use this company. I really needed my place cleaned. Asked for thorough cleaning, advised i have animals, asked about louvers and screens and if a walk thru was needed prior. Also how many man hours were included in her price so i could plan accordingly. She replied walk thru prior was not needed and ea. Job is different and that they clean it till its done. Her price is also not low. Stacy rescheduled 15 min. prior on the morning she was to show up. After waiting 2 weeks, finally shows up in a range rover with no cleaning equipment, is new to islands, says they need to get stuff from car so we give her key and elevator fob to get back upstairs. She declines my job by TEXT, not face to face and leaves my keys to condo and elevator fob sitting out in the open in the lobby!! Extremely unprofessional I really needed help getting this place cleaned, now wasted another month waiting. Prior cleaner moved to Las Vegas, SO miss them!! Don't use this company if you need to count on getting the job done.
