Project was largely completed on schedule. But contractor was difficult to deal with, often arrived angry, demanded payments before they were due, and refused to complete important finish work without additional payment. Home owner was left to purchase additional materials and complete finish work.

Aloha Mrs.[Member Name Removed] I am so sorry to hear you had a less than pleasant experience with our company. We apologize for any discrepancy or confusion you may have had with the contract signed. According to your signed contract you agreed to make payments by 2 agreed upon deadlines. As stated in contract any additional materials that may be needed after accessing demo of your project would be added to a change order and need to be paid for by home owner to continue with timely completion. We gave you a $700.00 discount to fit your budget and worked extra hours to accommodate the move in date of your new tenant. You were a little upset that we did not include paint touch-ups to the finished project however that was not an added service provided in your contract, nor one we typically include. Providing quality work is something we pride ourselves in as a locally owned and operated business. We truly do apologize if you feel anything less than the aloha spirit we prioritize. We hope you enjoy your shower renovations! The finished project looked great.

Tyler was the first to respond to my request. He's skilled in tiling but also educated me on the whole scope of my project as to what SHOULD be done first and how it SHOULD be done. He communicated well, showed up on time, cleaned his mess, was respectful to my household, and worked around other contractors to complete his job. Well done!!

They were great! Very informative. Kept me step by step and always giving me options. Reasonable price and I had a very good experience.
Description of Work: They remodeled 2 of my bathrooms. Did a lot of tire work on the floor both of the bathrooms. Discussing the equipment's and items that i would need. I highly recommend them.
