Description of Work: I have had the same employee come to clean the carpets or furniture for 3 years now, maybe 4 years? His name is Nick and he is awesome. Professional, nice and hard-working. I would recommend him 1000% and I will be booking another appointment soon for this September (2016)

Description of Work: Living room, dining room, hall, office, 1 bedroom, & spots in 2nd bedroom. Also arms/foot of lazyboy chair. Heavy spotting in hall due to cat urine that was treated but then attracted dirt so reemerged. It looks great, and most of the spots came out. Appears that they rinsed it well, so hopefully it won't attract the red dirt like before! Nick was knowledgable, efficient, and a hard worker. Appreciated how well he sucked it dry as the weather started 2 days of rain, yet it was dry as promised the next morning.

He was easy going and I showed him the carpeted areas, and he gave me estimates so I could choose what areas I wanted to get cleaned that worked in my budget. I have 4 indoor outdoor cats and light coloured carpeting, so it was a big job. He proceeded to do the cleaning and did an awesome job. I was able to call in my Visa number over the phone. I was really happy with the results, and Nick the technician was great.

 + -1 moreThe technician had an attitude from the moment he walked in the door. Not unpleasant, just superior. He did not do a very good job. The high traffic areas were still dirty, which I went over with a hand held carpet cleaner. That helped a great deal. The carpet took a long time to dry. When questioned about the area by the back door that still looked dingy, he said it was because of the carpet being older and worn. I was surprised as I had had Jack's clean my carpets a couple of times before over the years and they always did a good job. When I needed to have the carpets cleaned recently, I decided to buy a carpet cleaner of my own and do it myself rather than trust anyone else..

 + -1 moreJack's Carpet was great. They kept me informed as to the time of arrival (they arrived early with my permission) and did a fabulous job. The carpets were so dirty, I thought I might have to replace them, but they did such a great job - they almost look like new. The cleaner took a lot of pride in the end result and gave me suggestions on how I could prevent them from getting as soiled in the future. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

 + -1 moreMade appointment by phone. Showed up on time. Inspected areas and gave quote. Did the whole job in about three hours. In past,some stains reappeared in a matter of days. Been two weeks and no stains have reappeared. A little more expensive than others, but worth it.
