Kaui was able to pencil us in on short notice when we were getting ready to move, which was great. the angie's list "discount" was figured in before I mentioned I had it, so whatever that's worth dont bother printing it out (don't need it). Price was higher than i'd liked for the condition of the house (she even said it was pretty clean, especially behind appliances) but didn't budge from her first estimate. all-in-all not a bad experience.

The apartment was being renovated, and new tile floors had been put in throughout the living area and the lanai. When the kitchen counters were replaced, the contractor left a lot of dust throughout the whole apartment. I don't think the windows and mirror walls had been cleaned in years. The morning of our appointment, Kaui let me know ahead of time that they would be about a half hour early. She arrived when she said with a crew of three helpers. The four of them worked a full two hours, and the place really looked great. They cleaned all of the soap scum off the tub surround and bathroom sink, and went the extra mile to remove items from drawers and clean them out. Kaui even found a silver platter in a fabric sleeve, that I didn't know existed. They got the dust off all the furniture, and the mirrors and windows were spotless -- which was amazing considering all the grime they had been coated with! When I saw the lanai, that was another jaw-drop. I thought I was going to have to paint the lanai walls, but the are so clean now, I won't have to. Kaui and her crew did an outstanding job on the whole place, and I am grateful.

Kauai's Kleaners came to provide an estimate and then were able to schedule the cleaning of our 1-bedroom unit the following day! They came, did the cleaning, and left the apartment without our ever having to be present. (A neighbor provided and returned to us the keys to enter the apartment.) We paid a deposit of 10% after the estimate, and then, after the cleaning was done, much to our surprise, we had to pay the remainder before they left the premises. We don't live nearby at all, so they were willing to let us pay the remainder to one of the workers by check at a place near our house. The fact that the balance must be paid that day (rather than mailing it in) should be made clear when making the arrangements. Other than the payment process, everything was very satisfactory. The price was more than we'd previously paid, but the work was fine. We were very happy with the time frame of the estimate/cleaning and with the work done. We will hire Kauai's Kleaners again, I'm sure!

Friendly and professional staff. Cleaning done exceeded expectations. I will definitely use them next time I need work done.

Kaui came with her team and worked hard to get everything cleaned up I am going to use them again after this renter leaves.

It is a family business, all are well mannered, friendly, neat and they do a good job cleaning my 3-0 floor house.

Let me start off by saying this is a house that 3 adults and 2 dogs live in. Do things accumulate over time? Absolutely! But on the whole, we keep a house that is lived in and very well maintained. We asked about having the house cleaned in preparation of us putting the house on the market. We did not ask for a "move out" clean. We set up an appointment for walk through at 8am on Thursday 26Jun2014 and did not show up until 830 with no call letting us know she would be late. We left at 810. She called when she got there and we told her she was welcome to walk through and look but that the dogs were inside. The dogs were home so she was aware we had dogs. The house was also fully furnished, so she knew we had furniture in the house. We were quoted $550. That quote was for the doors, walls, bathrooms (2.5) with mold removal in one, screens, counters, sink, window sills, floors, stairwell, railings, ceiling fans, light fixtures, vents, refrigerator, stove - no windows (our dogs love to leave art work on them!). We accepted. We scheduled the clean for Saturday 28Jun2014. My son was in to let them into the house. The dogs were not home. The crew (not the lady who scheduled the apt) called the boss to complain that there was furniture in the house and stuff in the refrigerator and kitchen cabinets and closets. She then called us to complain about those items. We reiterated it was never mentioned that it would be a move out clean and we understand if they do not want the work. We also stated that there was $600 in cash at the end of the job. They decided to keep the job. We had also come to a decision to continue using this crew to clean every couple of weeks while the house was on the market if they did a good job. They came at 9am and left about 3 or 4 that afternoon. The crew consisted of three or four people. Our son stayed the entire time in case there were issues. He did a cursory check when they were done and was not aware of what exactly they were supposed to clean. And with a cursory glance it looks fine. We came home later that night and did a walk through: The windows and screens were done. They dusted most of the furniture. They cleaned the refrigerator and stove ( Stove only partially cleaned) The walls were not done. The doors were not done. The light fixtures were not done. The bathrooms were only partially done. The master bath had not been washed down after the cleaning - there was still cleaner all over the wall of the shower and the mold had not even been touched. All of the counter tops had residue on them in the kitchen and bathrooms. The handrail in the stairwell had been wiped down (not cleaned) with a dirty rag and that dirty residue was left all over the handrail. The railing around the stairwell had not been done. We are still finding hairballs 3 days later and we dont run our central AC. We contacted her immediately to address these issues. Excuses on why those items were missed: We didn?t charge you for dogs because we didn't know you had dogs (you walked through the house with the dogs inside!) We only charged you 200 dollars for each bathroom and the mold wouldn?t come up (we got the mold up just fine!!) We didn't know there was going to be furniture and stuff in the cabinets (we told you we were not moving out) She did not believe us and wanted pictures so we sent them. She concurred the job was not done properly and that she would be by in the morning (Sunday) to fix these items. Now that would have been all great and wonderful except that we have the realtor coming in at 11am Sunday (the very next day Sunday!) to take pictures and put the house on the market. So we get up at 6am Sunday and the three of us spent the next 4 hours cleaning all the things that they had missed. 4 hours. 3 of us. We just barely finished in time to take showers before the realtor showed up. Meanwhile, we get a text from her stating she wasn't going to come because her daughter was sick. Things happen. We get that. So we decided to give her a couple of days to get back with us and fix the items they missed (waaaayy too late on that because we just spent 4 hours cleaning all those) or at least give us some cash back or some kind of consolation. We are still waiting on that call to come. We have come to a conclusion after this fiasco - it is cheaper to have someone come in and do a "first clean" (~$300) with all of the furniture intact and food in the fridge and cabinets than it is to have someone come in to do a "move out" clean (~$600) with no furniture at all what-so-ever and nothing in the cabinets. How silly is that??

I found Kaui's Kleaners on Angies list and hired them for both residential and window cleaning. The company has done a number of cleanings and professional window washings for me since and I feel good highly recommending them. I'm extremely happy with the cleaning services as well, but the price and job performed for window cleaning far surpasses any other service previously used or that provided quotes. They go the extra mile to reach windows in difficult areas and do an excellent job at a great price! This company is a real winner!

First visit was an hour late, but very nice honest group. Excellent with the windows. A few things got missed, which I chalked up to being an unfamiliar house, and since there are 5 of them I can see how they may have thought someone else was going to do them. They did get them with the next visit but then forgot to take out the trash in the kitchen and 3 other rooms, and the laundry area in the garage and a few other minor things. They never showed up or called for the 3rd visit. They are very busy so not sure if just communication breakdown or if they didn't like cleaning my house. It is large with lots of stairs so they qouldn't be the first.

They know clean! The team arrived ready to clean, right on time, gave me the estimate, worked out paypal payments, and then did the job as promised. The many windows were $200 of the quote. We discussed the details of the cleaning and listed future repairs needed. Since I was on the mainland, Kaui offered texted photos of the finished work. The team didn't waste any time, were competent, prepared, confident and proud. I will absolutely use their services in the future and highly recommend them.

Great people, friendly, responsive, caring and thorough. Kaui and her crew are easy to talk to and spend time getting to know me and my pups. They all do wonderful, thorough work. I have been using Kaui's Kleaners for about 6 months or more and have all the intentions of keeping them on. Alos, they use only the chemicals I ask because of my dogs. I look forward to thier visit and am always pleased with the results. I would highly recommend the company!

Had Kaui and her crew clean my parents' rental. Impressed that they scrubbed the floors on their hands and knees! The unit looked very clean and ready for the next tenant to move in. I'd recommend Kaui to my friends and would use her again. Cleaning is never an easy task but she and her highly energized crew finished the job in the predicted 3 hours. I'm just glad not to have had to clean the place myself, as cleaning it out was tiring enough.

I went through four other cleaning companies before finding Kauis Kleaners on Angie's list. The attention to detail, cleanliness and commitment to doing a superior job by Kauis Kleaners is heads and shoulders above the others. The team is easy to work with, conscientious, efficient and very professional. I have used this company for five cleanings so far and will continue as my regular cleaning company. I also hired the company to clean at another property I own as well. I highly recommend Kaui's Kleaners to anyone that wants a good reliable and honest team that gets a professional job done timely and at a competitive price. They are simply the best on Island.

The workers showed up on time. We had them start in the bathrooms because we still had items we wanted to clean out of the rest of the house. There were two women and two men. I realize now that the two men thought they were going to run the power washer outside. It was obvious one of the men had never done deep cleaning in a house. After he said he was done with a room I checked it and it had not been cleaned thoroughly. Once we saw how poorly the rooms were cleaned the workers said we would have to talk to their boss. Kaui was gone for most of the day. When she showed up and heard our complaints she apologized and said she would make it right. But, because we were on a time schedule we couldn't wait for them to come back on Friday and make it right. After the cleaners left, I went from room to room and realized how dirty everything still was. I started cleaning the rooms myself, top to bottom. It was obvious that the gentleman cleaning the front bedroom had never gotten on a ladder. They didn't even bring ladders! Kaui suggested I pay her half the money that day and the rest when the job was finished. I paid her $650 and decided I could do a better job by myself on Wednesday and Thursday, which is what I did. I was so disappointed in their work. I guess I set my standards and hopes too high.

Kaui's Cleaners crew were great! They took on a six month dusty, dirty not well maintained vacant house and within 8 hours made it beautiful again. They cleaned windows - three stories up inside and out - so well we keep having birds try to fly through them. Our downstairs and stairwell rugs turned out great. Out upstairs rug wasn't recoverable. Overall I would use them again for housecleaning and windows.

Cleaning was adequate except for the following: (1) Very obvious that the appliances were never pulled out for cleaning behind them--it was still filthy behind the stove, refrigerator and washer and dryer. (2) Stove top, sides and knobs were still dirty, oven racks were still greasy, tray in water and ice dispenser of the frig was never pulled out and cleaned. Notified Kauai's Kleaners of the above on 14 Mar and advised that the turn over to the new tenant was scheduled for 6PM on 15 Mar. Kaui stated they would return to fix the problem areas on afternoon of 15 Mar. At 4:30 PM on 15 Mar they had not returned nor called. To insure that the unit was ready for the new tenant by 6PM, my wife and I rushed to correct the deficiencies left by Kaui's Kleaners. We barely finished 5 minutes before the new tenant arrived. Kaui's Kleaners finally showed up at 5:45 PM and I advised them that they were too late, that I had to do their job my self to insure the unit was ready on time. In addition, I had to repeatedly ask for a receipt for 4 days before it was finally provided. Owner (lead) for the cleaning crew very unprofessional and rude, both in person and in text msg response to my continued requests for a receipt. Got all huffy ("well I guess we didn't do anything right here") we advised that it was still filthy behind the appliances and the stove surface, knobs and oven racks were not clean.

The provider was professional and did a good job. The only disappointment was they were 45 minutes late for the appointment. A call would have sufficed to have inform me of the delay.

Great service and very professional. Would highly recommend their services to friends and family on the island.

Kaui's cleaners were very responsive to my requests and questions.? I requested a full house (3BR 2.5BA) cleaning service and then intended to continue regular cleaning sessions.? The price for the initial cleaning was pretty steep at $650 but included carpet steam clean, window washing, and oven cleaning in addition to all the normal cleaning activity.? I had them come back a month later and do a normal house cleaning for $200.? The house was spotless and Kaui's Kleaners will use environmentally friendly cleaners upon request for no extra charge. I have scheduled them to come again this month and plan on using them for the foreseeable future.? I gave them a B for punctuality because they were a little late the second time and since I have to leave work to meet them it is significant.

can't say enough about Kaui and her team!!!! They were delightful, and hardworking! I had an extremely dirty townhome, which needed a "move out" type clean. they took the job on very short notice. They worked for many hours and I am thrilled with the result! They are professional, yet down to earth, and I felt comfortable leaving them in my home unattended. I highly recommend them to. Anyone who is looking for decent, honest, hardworking people who truly care about their clients. Having someone clean your home is a very personal thing. I have used many services in the honolulu area and was disappointed with most of them for one reason or another. I have found kaui's Kleaners on Angies list and our home is beautiful and clean again after a long time of dissaray due to health issues. It has literally changed our lives!! They have a few things they were not able to complete(minor things) which they pointed out to me and we agreed they will polish ut up on their next visit! the initial price was high, but fair for all they did, we were not able to utilize the coupon because Maui said it was for "regular housecleaning" but other than that we are thrilled. No worries about the coupon we understand. we are having them back every 2 weeks and the price will be much lower for maintenance. Aplus! Thanks for doing a FABULOUS JOB

Follow up cleanings have all been wonderful. I have been very happy with the service.

She did everything I requested, scheduled maintenance clean ups rest of the month per my time table, & offered to do some extra projects for me over the next scheduled appointments! The whole experience was effortless! Kaui had even called immediately after they were finished to make sure I was happy! When I first heard the price, my first thought was " sounds expensive !" When I walked into my home, my first thought was "worth every penny!"

I received phone call after leaving my name and number. Owner and team speaks English. The owner/provider made accomodations to meet my schedule for the first visit. I received a phone call earlier in the day as a reminder and to make ensure we were in agreement for the time. The team arrived at the correct time and were ready to work. They completly understood what I wanted and what I didn't want. They have high quality products to use and use them appropriately. (i. e. Glass cleaner for glass and wood polish for wood rather than using windex on wood. Used stainless cleaner on stainless) They dusted before they vacuumed and took all the trash with them. They are most costly, but I feel like they would take care of everything as if it were their own. I didn't see them taking any shortcuts. I would refer my friends to them--heck, I would refer my boss to them.
