Let's just start when i first contacted the business. I got a call from the owner within an hour and she came by pretty quick to give me a quote. I was able to schedule my cleaning for the following week. It's a family run business but it doesn't mean it's a mom n pop style of service tho. I was very impressed They were very professional and cleaned my home amazingly. They have attention to detail (especially the owner). They even worked around my dog who was following them and to play. :) I have a 3 br home (approx. 2000 sqft) and they were done within 3/3.5 hours, including shampooing my carpets. I would definitely recommend Kaui to my friends and will surely use them again. Thank you for making my home clean again!

Kaui was professional from the beginning. She came to do an estimate and it felt honest and real. We actually didn't use her immediately but after a couple months I reached out to her and she remembered me. She was very flexible considering my last minute requests. She did a nice job cleaning my house and everything looked much better then what I could have done!

I am a Realtor and having someone dependable is very critical , Kaui was very accommodating to my schedule and cleaned my one bedroom unit plus lanai approx. 800 sq ft in about 2 hours with a staff of 4. Excellent job! 👍

Wonderful! I am moving back to the mainland and wanted to let all you Angie's list readers that she and her team are absolutely wonderful. They do a professional and thorough cleaning job every time and are very friendly and respective of my home and pets. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting or needing cleaning services of any kind. I used them for window cleaning periodically also and was very pleased. Her team are a great ohana unit.

First, I'd like to say thanks for being flexible and helping when my mover backed out. However, you were rude when my property manager talked with you about the mold not being bleached off the tub and the oven not being cleaned. My manager got some bleach and the mold did come off and I had to spend 30 minutes cleaning the oven that I didn't check to see if you finished, which you didn't. But the rest of the service went well. My fault for not supervising the cleaning better. Glad I caught a few things while you were there to redo before you left or I would have spent an hour re-cleaning after you. Won't be hiring you again. Sorry.

Kaui and her team did a great job on my move out clean. Despite a busy schedule, she fit me in and worked late to finish. Everything looked great afterward, especially the many jalousie windows!

I just actually brought in another house cleaner and I didn’t call them. I guess, I would use them again if it’s in the area. I found them through Angie’s List. They did what they said they would do. I made the selection and sent it up, but my parents were at the house, so I don’t know how long it took.

After a long discussion my husband and I decided to hire a cleaning company to make our move a little less stressful. Kaui was very quick to respond and gave a quote that we could work with. On the day of the cleaning Kaui texted me updates and left messages on my phone in regards to her ETA. As soon as Kaui and her crew arrived they got straight to work. The toilet had a little mishap and wouldn't be able to be properly cleaned if it could not flush. She allowed me to go to the hardware store pick up the part and fix the problem so that they could clean the toilet properly. There were some stains and things stuck to the windows from before we moved in and they were able to remove everything. I was very impressed with the work that Kaui and her crew did for me and my family. Thanks to her crew our deposit was returned to us and the management company even stated that it was the fastest move out walk through he had ever done.

Kaui was very responsive to my request for cleaning and to any questions that I had. Her cleaners did a great job and worked quickly.

Overall good experience. We had a cleaning service on the mainland and were a little shell shocked about the price initially. However, Kaui's is very reasonable compared to other services I researched. All services I contacted wanted to charge us almost $500 for an initial cleaning even though we moved into an almost new house. We did pay an initial cleaning fee but it was more reasonable. We have been using Kaui's for almost a year and we are satisfied with our service. With two small children and long hours spent in traffic I look forward to coming home to my clean house!! I have been using Kaui's Kleaners for about one year with a cleaning every 4-5 weeks. Kaui's team is always friendly, punctual, and professional. They make sure I am left with a house looks and smells great! Kaui is easy to get in touch with and is flexible when planning times to clean that work for my schedule. I really like that Kaui herself is either helping with the cleaning, or shows up at the end of a cleaning to check everything over. It really shows that she has pride in her business and commitment to excellence.

After losing to retirement my cleaning lady of the past dozen years, and because we heard good comments about the services of Angie?s List, we joined and then selected Kaui?s Cleaners, apparently the top-rated home cleaning service on your list. You can imagine my surprise when the experience did not go well. The highlights of our encounter are as follow: · * She cancelled the first walk-through. * We rescheduled for a few days later, and although she was a bit late, we toured the home and pointed out a number of areas needing special attention. Mine is a very ordinary cleaning project, requiring a minimal to average amount of work. She was given a typed list of the priorities, and we talked through the fairly extensive outline. We scoped out the breadth of her services, and I thought we had a meeting of the minds. The first job was scheduled for about a week later. * She was about a half-hour late for a new cleaning job and did not call to indicate that she would be tardy. * She brought with her about six or seven workers for me to meet although only two of them did the actual work. * She failed to bring with her the typed instruction sheet, and instead of having workers organized and focused on what was to be done, we had to start over which created a disorganized approach to handling the work. * The two workers did a good job. Although they missed a few spots, I felt satisfied. * She charged $35 an hour per worker; this is almost 5 times the minimum wage for common labor. * Upon completion, we discussed additional services and the timing going forward. She exhibited little interest in my objectives but instead wanted to impress upon me how they were going to operate in the future. This created an uncomfortable feeling in what should have been an employer/employee discussion. * There was some problem with the vacuum cleaner, which I did not understand. I have a puppy, and it did not satisfactorily pick up the dog hair. * Surprisingly, she did not have her appointment book with her, and she indicated she would call me to set the next cleaning. That was about four weeks ago, and I have not heard from her.

The initial cleaning (a couple of years ago) was quite expensive, but thorough. Since that time, we have continued to have bi-weekly cleaning services as well as various extra services (windows etc). Kaui's team is always punctual, dependable and thorough. They are all friendly, professional and hard working. I expect to continue using the services of Kaui's Kleaners, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking dependable cleaning services.

They did a fantastic job. They were very thorough and very careful around things that can be easily broken. Very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely have them out to do some more work for me in the future.
