Kaui was amazing!! She was easy to communicate with and scheduled around my crazy schedule. We even had some last minute add one’s and Kaui helped out without any extra charges. Kaui’s team was fast and thorough. The house looks better than it has in years! With all the cleaners available, don’t be fooled by others super high prices. Her professionalism and thoroughness was beyond my expectations. They cleaned the townhouse better than when I took ownership. I should have hired her for a move in cleaning. Windows, carpet, screens, floors, bathroom and Lanai porch were all cleaned and spotless. She got rid of the hard water stains too. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Kaui’s Kleaners was prompt in responding, very friendly and punctual. They provided everything from carpet cleaning to windows, fans and appliances. With the Covid-19 situation, they also took proper precautions to safeguard themselves and others. The job only took a few hours. Would use them again, but probably during the week since they charge extra to work on the weekends.

Professional, diligent, reliable, extremely hard working, high attention to detail, excellent cleaning service!!! I’ve been working with Kaui for over 2 years now. Kaui’s Kleaners cleans and re-stages our rental including laundry and Kaui let’s us know when supplies need to be restocked and when areas need attention so we can let our handyman know. During this crazy time she also implemented extra sanitation efforts to keep our place germ free and safe during COVID-19. We recently moved off island and she also accepts packages for us and restocks the items in our house. Because of Kaui’s Kleaners we have countless 5-star reviews in cleanliness! We scheduled for a Friday, they cancelled. Said they had a previous engagement. I rescheduled for the next Thursday @9am. At 8:45 they said they would be there between 9 and 10. I waited until 10:00. No one showed. Not dealing with them again.

Went well. A few spots had to be redone, but it went well.

Kaui and her crew did a terrific job deep cleaning my home. My home was very dirty and it took them all day to clean it. I will continue to use her service. Thanks Kaui!!!

They (3 of them) went through the whole house cleaning everything. It felt good to have the house clean and tidy. I would call them again when needed/

Started late and a little disorganized, but okay otherwise. The windows were very clean. The bedrooms were dusted and cleaned really well. The showers (2) were also cleaned very well.

RIP OFF!!! DO NOT USE!!! They totally took advantage of my daughter! Kaui quoted me $215 for a “move out” cleaning for my daughter’s 650 sq ft, 1 bed, 1 bath apartment, and they wouldn’t have to clean the carpet. (It was going to be replaced) Plus my daughter is a neat freak, so the apartment was already very clean. When Kaui and team arrived to clean, she complained to my daughter about the furniture in the apartment, and having to clean around it. ? (The apartment came partially furnished so obviously it wasnt being removed from the place.) Considering they didn’t have to clean the carpet anyway, that shouldnt be an issue. But Kaui told my daughter she would have to charge an extra $100! For what?? My daughter was moving out of state the next day, so she was forced to comply with this ridiculous and unfair price in order to be able to provide her landlord with the receipt for proof of professional cleaning. My daughter arrived after the cleaning to find that they had thrown away the remaining food (which was not requested) and now she had nothing to eat. Her brand new unopened box of allergy pills was missing (which was needed daily and isnt cheap). To top it off, Kaui didnt provide the receipt or respond to my daughter’s requests for it, until I called Kaui 30 hours later. Moving out of Hawaii is very expensive, and forcing someone to come up with an extra $100, at the last minute, that wasn’t agreed upon, in a situation where there is no choice, is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Initially, Kaui quoted me the $215 because she wanted to beat the other quotes I’d gotten and “wanted the business.” After forcing my daughter to pay $315 (to clean a tiny, already clean apartment!) it was the most expensive of all my other quotes. Kaui knew exactly what she was doing and how to take advantage of a young woman in this situation. You are a liar and a rip off.

I made an appointment with the person didn’t show up was late to work because of it . This person contacted me 20 minutes after the appointment to tell me she couldn’t make it . Also she wouldn’t be able to clean until the following week which did not work for me . I just couldn’t recommend this person . I think she just has too many clients already .

Initially tried leaving a phone message, but never received a response. Then tried to request services via their webpage, but never heard back that way either. They may be a fine service provider, but I'll never know since they seemed to have no interest in my business.

This is a great company. Kaui' has a real team approach, works with you on establishing exactly what you want, and she and her team are incredibly hard workers. Most importantly to me, Kaui's word is good.

I am very happy with Kaui and have asked that she come back monthly. She did an awesome job, cleaned my homes top to botttom, doing more than I asked for. Her company is timely, professional, trustworthy. She is a great choice!!!!!! Five stars!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Kaui and her crew do a great job cleaning our house. They are also very accommodating with our dogs. I will never get used to Hawaii cleaning prices, but she is the most affordable business I have found on island for a routine cleaning twice a month. Can't go wrong by hiring her!

I needed to have my apartment cleaned before I could turn it back over to the landlord, I contacted Kaui's Kleaners and they were able to come out within the week and they did a fantastic job. They were done in a couple hours and it pretty much looks how it did when I moved in. The toilet had hard water stains that they were able to remove and they cleaned each and every single blind on my windows and door. Very professional and very thorough. If I wasn't moving off island, I would definitely use them again.

They had a team of four people, which got the job done fast. Pricing was highly competitive, and they got stains out that I thought for sure were going to linger around. Kaui had a very charismatic attitude. I never felt rushed or pushed by her. With cleaners you usually get a lot of attitude, but I got the opposite from her. It was a good experience, and I even saw her doing mentorship on the job as well. Its good to see business owners that dont take it all upon themselves and provide employment opportunities for others. I look forward to using Kaui Cleaners again during my next spring cleaning or move! I affirm that I was not paid or compensated for this review. Im just a grateful customer!

I love Kaui! She is awesome. I found her on Angie's list about 4 years ago. They do a great job overall. There were some discrepancies regarding what we had agreed upon when she did the walk through. She quoted 300 for entry 3 bedroom including changing . the sheets and both bathrooms and the kitchen. The living. Room was not part of the estimate. I had to reschedule due to illness and a car accident. She suggested I clear the living room and get it all done at once to cut back on the dust. I have a lung disease, asthma and allergies. I decided to bring in 2 friends to help clear the living room. It took all 3 of us 14 hours. I texted her to schedule the cleaning indicating several times that I cleared the living room. I asked her several times if she would give me a new estimate including the living room. I specifically said in a text that if she wanted to come back and look again to give estimate for whole place or would she prefer to do it when she arrived. No response again. I know she's busy cleaning. What was upsetting to me is that when they got here they came rushing up the stairs already it into separate rooms and we didn't even have a moment to just chat for a second and make sure we were on the same page I felt as if I was in a rocking her and I thought it was important will take at least five minutes to go over and make sure that we were on the same page and when I mention the sheets she said we don't change sheets and sort of argued with me about the fact that she had included that and we spoke about it to each other's face and she indicated that she would be changing the sheets that was going to be part of that she said to leave the linens on the bed we discussed it in person which came for first estimate so then I asked her if she can move those empty bins in the living room to the lanai and she got irritated with me about that I do not appreciate it I was having problems breathing as it was I was trying to get my oxygen machine i'll to the living room because I couldn't reach the tubing and I felt as if I was bothering her in Malayon house she said she never heard anything about the living room that wasn't part of the estimate and I said I sent you at least three checks maybe for telling you about the living room asking you for a new price. I asked her ..."would you please go back and look at your text and sshe forgot about the fact if she promised the sheets in the estimate second of all she didn't read the text that I sent her asking her for a new quote including the living room which she suggested I clean and clear and get it cleaned all it wants I wanted to know the price and she was not happy she was not in a good mood this was not the lady who showed up the very first time I had heard she was totally stressed and they were rushing through the other three people that were working with her were not friendly in the least there was a woman here that I asked several questions that she completely ignored me I don't know if she can speak on which or if she just didn't like me there was two young boys here that did not do a good job they were not there and they did they dusted around things no one dusted under my bed and that is where I have a big problem I had to sweep under my own huge king-size bed myself after they left because it was full of tissues and dust and dirt there were shoes under there and she told me she was gonna be moving the bed and cleaning under it and I showed her some of the stuff that was under there and she she was not happy I don't know I just felt uncomfortable in my own house. Did agreement for to come back I'm going to give them another shot the two young boys she brought did not know what they were doing he did a good job on the bathtub pretty much but he did not clean the floors well he did not sweep under the bed and every time I asked him a question or the other boy or the wall completely ignored me and I did not appreciate it that is rude that you do not coming to someone's home with her private personal feelings and you know ignore them when they speak to you I was asking simple questions did you clean under the bed did you sweep under the bed I specifically asked them not to use anything with a scent because I cannot breathe , oxygen and I can't handle sent I have lots of help issues and I have to use unscented soap unscented everything done she was aware of this I explained it to her. I think that she's just gotten too busy that she's not listening and I know she did not read my text because if she had she wouldn't of thought at the beginning I told her do you want to just leave now I was upset and I don't need that and the use all kinds of floor cleaners and bleach in it I was just too much. I gave her an extra hundred dollars because all they had to do in the living room was vacuum the floor and vacuum the sofa that's all that was done in the living room everything else was on there there was a lot of good things done but there was things that Work just left untouched that shouldn't have been. she was not here the whole time I left for a while when I came back she was gone and I don't appreciate her leaving three strangers that I do not know it my home! If she wanted to leave she should've asked me if I would come back I don't want strangers in my house . I trust her I do not know them I do not trust that they will not even speak to me . I'm going to try one more time and if things improve then will continue and have regular maintenance otherwise that's gonna be the end of it because the specific things that needed to be done especially sweeping under my bed. it was very dirty and needed to be clean and looks 80% better but there are things that should've been done that we're not done . and the attitudes were the things that were upsetting to me . It's also some personal references and statements made about my son and how old was he because of the condition of his room and my son happens to be autistic and has special needs and whether they knew that or not that is none of their business they are here to clean my house not make personal judgments and observations . She just was not the same person she was when she was here originally the first time she was grumpy and grouchy when she got here arguing with me about things that we had agreed on and things I tried it I was trying to communicate with her and she was getting upset with me because she said I can't work when you're talking to me yelling at me and they have one more opportunity if they still choose to come back if they don't want to come back that's fine with me but if she wants to come back i'll give her another chance but I don't want those two boys here and if that woman is coming in here she needs to speak to me when I speak to her I don't want her to ignore me when I ask her a question three or four times in a row and she just looks at me and walks with pretends like I don't she doesn't hear me unless she is deaf and mute then I will apologize . Sows is a lot cleaner than it was they didn't want to hold off in the bathrooms and the kitchen the living room looks nice you know for the most part as I said 80% is good but I it was the the attitude and the treatment and just the fact that she said was that you did another like she she didn't remember what she had said no I want everything in writing this time I want it all written down exactly what they're going to do and I need someone who's going to be able to do the dishes and someone was going to be able to once a month cleaning out the fridge change the sheets and you know I willing to pay for those things I just simply cannot do them and I think for that kind of money when they're here couple hours and they can order dollars that should be included and they should certainly dust the light fixtures and the windowsill and the blinds are dusty as **** I'm he had to do to want in both bathrooms is run a wet cloth across the blinds. Well I'm sure Kaui is going to be surprised because I was thrilled and I am very happy that the house is clean but I expected to be cleaner I want it all done and I'm really I want a pleasant feeling in my home I don't want to youngsters they don't know what they're doing and then a woman who is rude not speaking to me and then Kaui being upset with me for you know trying to speak to her and make sure that we're on the same page that's not what I want when you come in my hi Home what are your guest or you're coming to clean I want you to be pleasant first of all you're here to work for me I'm paying you so do not think you're running the shop you come in and ask me what I want and then you tell me if this is OK when we make a plan in writing that way there is no discrepancy upon what you remember which you were the one that was wrong you promised it and you forgot and then you acted like it was my fault let me know if you still want to come on the 25th if not that's fine . I will say if you want your house to be clean out of all the six different sets of companies I've had these are by far the best that's not saying much because the other ones are really bad they stole from me I scratched up my countertops and the little cash and jewelry and I am also this kid was in my drawers in the bathroom and I told her I did not want anyone going in my cupboards in my drawers and he put stuff that was on the counter into my drawers and I don't want anyone opening of my drawers . Well there were tired on the left and I'm sure they were glad to get out of here because they ran out before they finished I ended up having to work 45 minutes after they left finishing up .
