Description of Work: Kaui scheduled a walk through with me in the middle of the day. I came home from work and waited for an hour. During that time, I called twice to see if she was going to show up, but was never able to get an answer and the voicemail box was full. I left home to return to work. Only then did she call and tell me they were on their way--that they were tied up with personnel problems. I told her not to bother. Don't waste your time with these guys just because they have friends who give them inflated ratings. They are not reliable and show no respect for potential customer's time.

You wanted us to still try and accommodate. The last thing that we or any company should do is OVERBOOK it leaves too much space for errors and carelessness. Description of Work: In general the cleaning job they did was fine. They didn't clean a few places in the kitchen that I had initially asked them to clean but I was somewhat at fault in not checking before I told them that everything was OK when they asked me.

Aloha [member name removed], The minimum that i charge is strictly for cleaning only. Windows and carpets are a specialty and i charge separately. You had requested some cleaning of the room and the bathroom that had been occupied by a 'Hoarder" as you refered to it. You had specifically requested that the room and the walls be wiped and the bathroom be scrubbed. Apparently you misunderstood my quote. Hopefully you found someone to fulfill your needs. Description of Work: We rent out a separate unit in our home, and our latest tenant apparently had no clue about basic maintenance such as rinsing the bathroom or kitchen sink, throwing trash in a trash can, leaving muddy shoes aside upon entering, etc. The result was truly frightening. Rusting silverware in the white ceramic kitchen sink, crusted toothpaste and other toiletries in the bathroom sink, bedroom and entry room carpets littered with trash and dirt, etc.. We called Kau's Kleaners when this tenant moved out. I really feared that we'd have to replace the kitchen and bathroom sinks, and maybe the carpets. Kaui's team somehow made everything look like it had before he moved in. Based on this we can highly recommend Kaui's Kleaners!

Description of Work: We recently moved to Oahu and In the mainland had a cleaning service for our home. My realtor told me they were good but pricey and when I saw all the reviews I had hoped this would be a good experience. They took our deposit to start cleaning service for our home. Initial cleaning was going to be $450, then $170 for follow ups. Thought it was high for the first cleaning but they came highly recommended and wanted house to get a deep cleaning (baseboards & windows, ext.) First schedule canceled service due to cleaners were sick, 2nd schedule was over a hour late without a call. My wife called and texted them she was leaving for a doctor's appointment. K apologized again & said she would contact my wife with a day that my home would be the first client of the day. We never got a follow up call or text until my wife reached out a couple of days later asking if they intended to clean our house or give back the $45 deposit. She gave us a time in the middle of the day again 11 am. We did not have the confidence that K would make it on time after two attempts. My wife changed her schedule for work to be at home. I'm extremely disappointed was hoping this would be the cleaners that could help us keep up with with our home every month. They appear to be too busy to start new clients and need to work on time management. They apologized stating the circumstances were out of their control and would send back my deposit. Ten days and still no deposit:(

People are going to people and yes i made a mistake on the postage...it was returned to my residence unknowingly(i was out of town for a few days) If you had just called me you would have know that!! Everything was done professionally and kaui and her team were working non stop to clean. I will definitely call Kauis Kleaners again if I ever need a deep clean done in my home.

New the island and looking for a good but affordable regular house cleaning service. I called Kaui and she was able to come within 3 days to give me an estimate. She took a tour of our 3 bedroom, 2 bath, ~1200 sq ft condo and quoted me a price that was higher than I was expecting to pay. (Coming from San Diego, I figured I should add ~20% to what I paid there.) We talked through more of what I expected and how much time she thought it would take and we were able to agree on a price that fit my budget and met my expectations. My initial cleaning, which I expect to be more thorough but also cost more, was $200. We agreed on a cleaning schedule and price of $100 every 2 weeks. For the amount of time she spends here, I thought that was very reasonable. I am impressed that Kaui both runs the business and cleans the houses. Sometimes she brings a partner to cut her time; sometimes she comes by herself. She cleans all surfaces (dusting, vacuuming), full bathrooms including showers, all mirrors and windows (outside, too, for our patio doors), and kitchen. I do not have her clean inside my fridge or cabinets to keep my cost down. I have nothing but great feedback to give for Kaui and her services.

Very good - my place is extremely clean. It makes a huge psychological difference to come home to a clean place like their team leaves my apt.

They do what it takes to get the job done correctly the first time. Very Versatile and Detailed. They even took the initiative and staged my Bedrooms,Bathrooms&Living room. Description of Work: I Have a 5 Bedroom 6 Bath home 8013 sq ft. I Am putting it on market to sell. I needed a Detailed Deep Cleaning done before Realtor Shows Home. Another cleaning company was supposed to do my entire home and at the last minute Cancelled out. I scrambled and was now full of anxiety. I Had a Schedule to keep. I went to Angies list and noticed lots of companies. I finally went with Kaui's Kleaners the price was good and they even did my windows and scrubbed and vacuumed my pool and added necessary chemicals to Make my pool Sparkling clean. The previous cleaning company called it off 3 hours prior to the appointment time so I called her up and even with time constraints her team still managed to pull through thoroughly and meticulously. Great attention to detail and I will definitely Use her services in the future!
