Kaui's Kleaners

Kaui and crew of 4 arrived at 9am and started to clean the entire home (3 bdr/2b and a large screen-in-lanai. The toilets had calcium rings that I thought could not be removed, but it was! In the lanai area, all the screens were washed encluding the screen doors.The inside was vacuumed and dusted that had accumulated from the yardmans' work. The work was finally completed 7hours later.I could not have asked for a better cleaning than what she had done. We talked about a return vist and would let her know when I wanted it to be done..Yes, I would highly recommend her services to all that needs this type of cleaning...

Kaui's Staff was friendly,Efficient and very professional. They made my House sparkle,windows shine and laminate floors look like new. A little late showing up (1 1/2 hours), but the crew worked well together. They got everything sparkling. I will use Kaui Kleaners again.

First cleaning took all day and cost about $500. House was cleaned thoroughly - but the cleaning solutions were very strong smelling. Second cleaning was not as extensive but it still had that "cleaner smell" when they were done. The down grade on the professionalism was because on the initial visit and cleaning - her team seemed overly interested in my personal items (artwork) and was asking personal questions based on items that I had in the home. That seemed unprofessional to me. Also there was a mixup on the 2nd visit - she did not confirm the date with me and the team showed up on a day --- unannounced. I had tried to reach her prior to let her know that my washing machine needed to be replaced and that I didn't want her to clean - that week because of the anticipated mess. I sent the message to her through email - and I found out later that her business card had an old email. So this caused the scheduling problem. We fixed the communication problem - by agreeing that she needed to call 1-2 days in advance to confirm a cleaning. Overall cleaning is good --- just need to ask her to use less smelly products.

Kauai and her crew did the deepest initial clean I've ever had - from moving all the furniture to clean under it to cleaning the windows and the screens. In addition Kaui and her crew were super friendly, professional and efficient. They didn't miss a spot! The regular two week cleanings are a great price too, just the initial costs more but it is worth it. Four people cleaned my house for 4.5 hours!

Very good job. But it was supposed to be done the day befoire and was rescheduled at the last minute. Scheduling a time has been erratic.

weekly basis, three people for two hours a week. They are great. They come in here and get with it. They clean way beyond just the usual vacuuming, dusting and cleaning the bathrooms. Wherever they see dirt, they clean it and when they leave my house is sparkling. They clean the way I would do it if I had the time. I am so happy with them and would recommend them to anyone.

All of the services were performed as advertised. Very professional, family-oriented team who continue to be very considerate to my personal belongings and complete a very thorough cleaning of the home every-other-week. The service is friendly, expedient, and they work around me as I work from home. I appreciate this level of service and highly recommend them to the next interested customer.

Kaui and her crew did a great job of thoroughly cleaning the house and making sure it was perfect for our landlord. Not only did they clean it well, they guaranteed their work. Our landlord has let me know the house looked fantastic and he's returning our security deposit. So that cleaning money was well spent!! I would recommend Kaui and would use her again for regular cleaning if I was still on O'ahu.

Kaui and her crew were absolutely fantastic! I am in the military and work 50-80 hour weeks so it is difficult for me to keep up on the deep cleaning in my home and of course when I do have time off, it's the last thing I want to do. Kaui made my day off today wonderful- she and her crew came in while I went to the coffee shop and got a pedicure. I came home to a thoroughly cleaned house and I actually got to enjoy my day off and do things I wanted to do instead of having to clean! Kaui did an amazing job on the floors, they were spotless and her crew did all the nitty gritty work that I usually don't get to- dusting, cleaning windows, window screens, cleaning out the fridge and freezer, etc. They changed the sheets on both beds, cleaned the kitchen and bathroom thoroughly and my lanai. Everything was immaculate. When a part came off of my shower door (not their fault) her crew ran to the hardware store to get the right washer to fix it. That indeed is above and beyond! I'm addicted and have decided to have Kaui and her crew start coming on a regular basis as long as I can afford it. The money is worth it for my mental health! Thank you Kaui!

Kaui and I had all of our communication over the phone for the first couple of months. So I have to tell you I was a little nervous. I'm very particular about how my house is taken care of so Kaui had to meet high standards. Everything went smoothly and to my satisfaction. Kaui was able to deliver all that was promised. I highly recommend her to anyone, especially those in my situation of absentee owner.

Kaui's Kleaners are fantastic! When I spoke with Kaui at first, my sister and I had been using another company (House Proud) and were not getting what we needed. Both of us are disabled with my sister far worse than me. When cleaning companies work with disabled clients they have to understand that putting things back where they were found is critical as most disabled folks put things within easy reach. I was never able to get the previous company to understand that. Right from the start Kaui told me she was a practicing LPN who had worked with the elderly and disabled population. She completely understood where my sister and I were coming from with our need to have things put where they were found. As they completed each room they came to get one of us and asked us to make sure things were where we needed them. Another thing that sold us on Kaui's Kleaners was she knew how to take care of and clean antique furniture. We have a number of high quality, solid wood, antiques that arrived when our mother came from the mainland several years ago. Kaui understood that we wanted these treated with a lot of TLC. She told us her preference for such pieces was using Murphy's Oil Soap. My sister and I exchanged glances when she told us that as very few people recognize the importance of cleaning good wood and treating it against the salt air. Almost all cleaning companies do a dig out the first time they service a client. Never before has a company carefully lifted various decorative items in our home to clean under them. Never, have they washed windows and screens as part of the dig out. Kaui and her team got our windows so clean the birds don't recognize them as windows and we've had a few fly into the windows. We cannot say enough good about Kaui's Kleaners and we high recommend them to folks who want top quality in a cleaning company as well as professionalism and pleasant demeanor.

Nothing short of awesome! Kaui and her crew came through with flying colors. Not all of our staff was present during the cleaning and did not observe what was being done, but ALL of them noticed the cleanliness as soon as they arrived later on that day and even in the several days afterwards. The excellent work was clearly apparent not only by looking at the office, but also by the clean smell. It was not difficult at all to know that we want to use Kaui's Kleaners on a regular basis, and they will now be coming in every two weeks. Although we had the crew come in and clean while the office was open and all of us were working, the cleaning crew was very good about not getting in our way and in being very conscious of avoiding any obstructions or interruptions in what we were doing. The crew of 3 cleaners (including Kaui herself) worked diligently and continuously the entire time they were present. Sitting in the office now as I draft this review, the place still looks clean and, very importantly, it just FEELS clean. Since we spend so much time here, I find a lot of value in providing a clean and healthy place for our workers. Kaui was a great find, and we look forward to a long relationship in the years to come.

Kaui and her team are friendly, professional, thorough and do a great job. The screens and windows are part of the first visit, that alone was worth the money spent. Kaui has been here twice and we have her scheduled to visit every other week.

Kaui's Kleaners arrived on a Saturday at 9AM Kaui arrived with her crew of 2 other cleaners. they started in the bathrooms. After each room was cleaned I checked it and they really did a nice job. The master shower was cleaned and all mold removed in grout ( Best cleaning of my master shower to date) All floors were vacuumed and steam cleaned. They removed everything from all the counter and cleaned. ( Not just wiped but cleaned) Her team were top notch cleaners. The good thing is that Kaui is there and inspects all the cleaning after it's done You won't find that any of the other companies This group comes in and cleans from top to bottom. I have used Merry Maids and The Maids and found that none of them clean like Kaui's group. I will use them every two weeks

Two of our tenants recently moved out so we (my mom and I) were left with two apartments to fix up and clean. The plumber, handy man and painter all came and did their thing, but then it came time to clean. Something i was definitely not looking forward to. I found Kaui's Kleaners and saw all the great reviews. I gave her a call and we set a date for her to come out to check out the apartments and give an estimate. She arrived on time and her workers arrived soon after. Kaui is very professional AND friendly, and you can tell that she has a lot of experience in her line of business. She and her workers are very hard working, professional about their work and friendly. When all the work was done, I almost didn't recognize the two apartments. What was previously all brown and dingy looking was now sparkling white and clean. And it smelled clean! The floors looked like we had laid down new tile, the toilet looked like we had just installed a new one, the shower stall - well, she made me a believer. She said she could get it cleaned and I didn't believe it was possible, but she did it. My mom and I are so happy and impressed with Kaui and her staff that Kaui's Kleaners are the ONLY cleaners we'll be calling from now on. Thank you so much Kaui!

The cleaning crew was the most meticulous and prompt (arrived right on time) I have ever hired. Visiting friends commented on what a great job the cleaners did and wanted to know the name of the company. I'm very pleased and hope to hire them again in the future.

Overall, it was a stressful experience. From the reviews I had read, I thought the cleaning would have been more thorough. I was disappointed.
