Description of Work: Sprinkler Pro took over a week to respond to my first call. They then made definite appointments on three different days, but did not show up. When they finally performed the work, it seems satisfactory, but their procedures are definitely not businesslike or professional, and caused me considerable inconvenience and annoyance. |

+ -1 moreOne of the four solenoids was bad and needed replacing. I decided to have all 4 solenoids replaced at this same time since the labor would be done within the minimum one hour service call. After replacement, all systems are back operational. Travis took the time to explain to me over the phone the difference between the solenoids and the valves.
Description of Work: 1 of 4 zones was not working. Travis determined it was a bad solenoid.
